For All Foundation (FAF) is looking for qualified Contractors/ Vendors to submit their quotations for the tender mentioned blow:
Tender title: Supply and delivery of raw materials and production tools for solar ovens and solar lighting materials and tools in Al-Qabaita District, Lahj Governorate, and Qatan District, Hadhramaut Governorate.
Funded By: Funded by the King Salman Fund for Relief and Humanitarian Aid, implemented by the United Nations Development Program in partnership with the For All Foundation for Development.
- The tender will be conducted using the standard tender documents of the For All Foundation, and the tender documents are available at the office of the For All Foundation - Aden - Khormaksar - Al-Shabat - Al-Safarat District - opposite the United Nations Development Program office.
- Tenders and samples must be submitted to For All Foundation office, - Aden - Khormaksar - Al-Shabat - Al-Safarat District - opposite the United Nations Development Program office. on or Before Saturday Mars 15, 2025 4:00 PM, Yemen Timing.
- Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.
- The bid opening session will be held on Sunday, March 16, at 4:00 p.m. at the office of the For All Foundation at the same address above. The bidder or his representative is allowed to attend the bid opening session by an official memorandum in the name of the person authorized to attend.
- Tenders must be submitted stamped with red wax and with the following details mentioned on the stamped envelope:

The general instructions of the tender are attached with the tender package, and it should be read before initiating the offer.
With:
1. Bid Guarantee of 2.5% of the total amount of the offer valid for 120 days from the date of opening the bid.
2. A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
3. A copy of valid tax card.
4. A copy Of Zakat Card.
5. A copy of a valid insurance card.
6. A Copy of valid practicing license.
7. All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document.
8. The bid must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes.
For All Foundation has the right to accept or reject any or all price offers and proposals according to its own discretion and is not obligated to award the tender to any contractor.

اسم المناقصة: توريد وتوصيل مواد اولية وادوات انتاج افران شمسية ومواد وادوات اضاءة شمسية الى مديرية القبيطة محافظة لحج ومديرية قطن محافظة حضرموت.
المانح: بتمويل من صندوق الملك سلمان للإغاثة والاعمال الإنسانية تنفيذ البرنامج الإنمائي للأمم المتحدة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة لأجل الجميع للتنمية.
- سيتم إجراء العطاء باستخدام وثائق العطاءات النمطية لمؤسسة لأجل الجميع، وتتوفر وثائق العطاء في مكتب مؤسسة لأجل الجميع – عدن – خور مكسر – الشابات – حي السفارات – مقابل مكتب برنامج الأمم المتحدة الانمائي.
- يجب تسليم العطاءات الى مكتب مؤسسة لأجل الجميع الكائن في عدن – خور مكسر – الشابات – في موعد أقصاه يوم السبت الموافق 15 مارس 2025 قبل الساعة 4:00 عصرا بتوقيت اليمن.
- سيتم النظر فقط في العطاءات المقدمة قبل موعد الاغلاق في 15 مارس الساعة 4 عصرا.
- وستعقد جلسة فتح العطاءات في يوم الاحد 16 مارس الساعة 4 عصرا في مكتب مؤسسة لأجل الجميع في نفس العنوان أعلاه، و يسمح لصاحب العطاء او مندوبة حضور جلسة فتح المظاريف بموجب مذكرة رسمية باسم الشخص المخول له بالحضور.
- يجب تسليم العطاءات مغلقة بالشمع الاحمر ومختومة مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على الظرف المغلق:

اسم المناقصة:
التعليمات الخاصة بالمناقصة مرفقة بأوراق المناقصة ويجب الاطلاع عليها مسبقا قبل البدء بتحرير العطاء.
بالإضافة إلى:
1. ضمانة بنكية ابتدائية غير قابلة للإلغاء وغير مشروطة أو شيك مقبول الدفع ساري المفعول بنسبة 2.5% من اجمالي قيمة العطاء $ لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
2. نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
3. نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
4. نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
5. نسخة من البطاقة التأمينية سارية المفعول.
6. نسخة من ترخيص مزاولة المهنة ساريه المفعول.
7. جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة.
8. ان يكون العطاء ساري المفعول لمدة 90 يومن من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
مؤسسة لأجل الجميع لها الحق بقبول او رفض اي او كل عروض الاسعار والمقترحات وفقاً لتقديراتها وليست ملزمة بإرساء العطاء على اي متعهد.
