تعلن المؤسسة الوطنية للتنمية والاستجابة الإنسانية (NAHR) – عدن عن إنزال المناقصات التالية:

• مناقصات مشروع تعزيز التنوع البيولوجي ومرونة المجتمعات الريفية في اليمن من خلال ممارسات تجديد الأراضي الزراعية المدارة من قبل المزارعين (FMNR) وتحسين جودة وتسويق البن والفاكهة.

وعليه تدعو المؤسسة الموردين المتخصصين من لديه الرغبة في الدخول في المناقصات التقدم بطلباتهم الرسمية إلى المؤسسة الوطنية للتنمية والاستجابة الإنسانية لسحب الوثائق وذلك وفقاً للتالي:

• يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصات من خلال روابط التحميل التالية:

• أو يمكن الحصول على نسخة الكترونية من وثائق المناقصات من مقر المؤسسة الوطنية للتنمية والاستجابة الانسانية – مدينة عدن – خور مكسر – حي السعادة – جوار مبنى اليمنية للطيران تلفون: (02231101) خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي، بموجب رسالة رسمية بطلب سحب وثائق المناقصة.
• بإمكان الشركات والوكالات التقدم لجزء او لجميع آلات فرز وتحميص وطحن وتعبئة وتغليف القهوة المطلوبة في وثائق المناقصة.
• تقدم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم بالشمع الأحمر ومكتوب عليه اسم المشروع واسم ورقم المناقصة واسم مقدم العطاء ومرفقاً بها ما يلي:

1. إرفاق ضمان بنكي غير مشروط بالمبلغ المحدد أعلاه ويجب أن يكون ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوماً ابتداءً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف وسيرفض أي عطاء غير مصحوب بالضمان البنكي.
2. صورة من البطاقة الضريبية.
3. صورة من السجل التجاري.
4. صورة من البطاقة الزكوية.
5. صورة من البطاقة التأمينية.
6. صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.

ويشترط سريان مفعول كافة الوثائق المشار اليها أعلاه.

كما يجب على المتقدم إرفاق التالي:

• إرفاق الخبرات السابقة في نفس مجال المناقصة.
• المتطلبات المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.

• علماً بأن أخر موعد لسحب وثائق المناقصات هو يوم الاحد الموافق 2025/04/13م الساعة 02:00 ظهراً.
• موعد جلسة فتح المظاريف يوم الإثنين الموافق 2025/04/14م الساعة 11:00 صباحاً بمقر المؤسسة الوطنية للتنمية والاستجابة الانسانية مدينة عدن – خور مكسر – حي السعادة – جوار مبنى اليمنية للطيران وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الموعد المحدد سيرفض ويعاد إلى صاحبه.

Public Tender Announcement: Supply of Coffee Sorting, Roasting, Grinding, and Packaging Machines and coffee dryers (drying beds) – Al-Dhale and Lahj Governorates.

The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NAHR) - Aden announces the following tenders:

• Tenders for the Project: Strengthening the biodiversity and resilience of rural communities in Yemen through FMNR and improving the quality and marketing of coffee and fruit.

Accordingly, NAHR invites specialized suppliers who wish to participate in the tenders to submit their official applications to the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NAHR) to withdraw the documents according to the following:

• Alternatively, an electronic copy of the tender documents can be obtained from the NAHR headquarters – Aden City – Khormaksar – Al-Saada neighborhood – next to the Yemenia Airways building. Phone: (02231101) during official working hours, upon an official letter requesting the withdrawal of the tender documents.
• Companies and agencies can apply for part or all of the coffee sorting, roasting, grinding, and packaging machines required in the tender documents.
• Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope with red wax, labeled with the project name, tender name and number, and the name of the bidder, accompanied by the following:

1. An unconditional bank guarantee for the amount specified above, valid for 120 days from the date of envelope opening, must be included. Any bid not accompanied by the bank guarantee will be rejected.
2. A copy of the tax card.
3. A copy of the commercial registration.
4. A copy of the Zakat card.
5. A copy of the insurance card.
6. A copy of the valid professional practice certificate.

All the above-mentioned documents must be valid.

The applicant must also attach the following:

• Previous experience in the same field as the tender.
• The requirements mentioned in the tender documents.

• Note that the last date to withdraw the tender documents is Sunday, 13/04/2025, at 02:00 PM.
• The bid opening session will be held on Monday, 14/04/2025, at 11:00 AM at the headquarters of the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NAHR), Aden City – Khormaksar – Al-Saada neighborhood – next to the Yemenia Airways building. Any bid submitted after the specified time will be rejected and returned to the bidder.
