About The MSMEs platform:

The National Microfinance Foundation Yemen (NMFY) partnered with UNDP to develop and operate the MSMEs platform under the “Supporting Resilient Livelihoods, Food Security and Climate Adaptation in Yemen (ERRYIII)” project.
The digital solution will address the challenges MSMEs and startups in Yemen face. It will improve services and access to main challenges with focus on acceleration, access to capital, and sales and marketing.  
The main services under the digital MSMEs platform are:

A.    Tele – advisory and training.
B.    Financing portal and loans.
C.    E-commerce marketplace.
D.    Establishing business.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable and responsible of all project analysis and design document (requirement document, system Use case and specification document, SRS document, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram).
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
• Analyze requirements and write requirements and analysis documents.
• Structuring and creating the database for the analyzed parts.
• Establishing the requirement of the platform modules and the features.
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
• liaising with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and to seek feedback.
• producing specifications and providing training for new or modified systems.
• continuously building your skills and knowledge.
• Responsible for problem-solving and finding solutions to fulfillment the platform requirement and features.
• Providing advice on technology best practices.
• Perform any related work requested by the Scram Master.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years as System Analyst.
• Fully understanding of at least One of the following platform modules (eCommerce, tele-Advisory, loan and fintech) analytics system, and how the process of workflow works.
• Experience working with DevOps and CD\CI.
• Strong proficiency in UML.
• Familiarity with C# programming language.
• Familiarity with Mobile development with dart programming language and flutter framework.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, including Bootstrap5, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing secure web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adept at problem-solving and finding solutions to keep the team on track.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
