دعوة لتقديم عطاءات

تحديث

• سيبداء تسليم اوراق العطاءات المحدثة من تاريخ 29 اغسطس 2024  والى 4 سبتمبر 2024 ولن يسلم اي اوراق بعد هذا التاريخ.
• سيعقد جلسة استفسارات اخرى بتاريخ 5 سبتمبر 2024 الساعة 10 صباحا في مكتب منظمة كير عدن.
• أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات يوم الاثنين الموافق 16/09/2024  في موعد أقصاه الساعة 3:00  بعد الظهر إلى مكتب المنظمة في عدن كما هو موضح ادناه وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الوقت المحدد لن يتم استلامه.
• سيتم فتح المظاريف يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 17/09/2024 الساعة 10 صباحاً بحضور الشركات او من يمثلهم في مقر المنظمة في عدن.

الموضوع: مناقصة رقم (10) والخاصة توريد وتنفيذ الأعمال المدنية لمشاريع المياه والاصحاح البيئي في المحافظات التالية  عدن لحج ابين الضالع مأرب وتعز منظمة كير العالمية اليمن

تدعو منظمة كير العالمية – اليمن، الشركات المؤهلة إلى تقديم عطاءاتهم.

يمكن للموردين والشركات المؤهلة المهتمين ذوي الخبرة والكيان القانوني الحصول على المظاريف ذات الصلة أثناء ساعات دوام المنظمة (من الساعة 08:30 صباحا وحتى الساعة 03:00 عصرا) من الأحد إلى الخميس، مقابل رسم لا يرد مقداره 10000 ريال يمني للمناقصة.

 شروط المناقصة:

• يجب أن تسلم العطاءات موقعة ومختومة في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ويجب أن ترفق العطاءات بما يلي:
• ضمان بنكي غير مشروط مقطوع أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ   (150,000) مائة وخمسون  الف دولار صالح لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف (17 – 09 – 2024) الى (17 – 01 – 2025). 
• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية والزكوية سارية المفعول. 
• صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
• يجب أن يكون عرض السعر ساري المفعول لمدة سنة.
• يجب أن يكون للمتقدم خبرة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال.
• يجب  أن يكون العطاء موقع و مختوم  مالم سيتم إستبعاد العطاء من المنافسة.
• العطاء يقدم بالدولار والدفع سيكون بالدولار.
• يعتبر العطاء ملغي في حالة مخالفة أي من الشروط أعلاه.
• تحتفظ منظمة كير العالمية بحقها بقبول أو رفض جزء أو كل العطاءات دون إبداء الأسباب.
• علما أن المنظمة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات ويحق للمنظمة التعاقد مع اكثر من مقاول حسب المحافظات على ان لاي مقاول التوضيح لاي محافظة تم التقديم

Invitation for Bids

Ref: RFQ/09/ Supplies and implements civil works Aden Office/July 2024

Update:

• The submission of the updated bid papers will start from August 29, 2024 until September 4, 2024 and bid papers will not be delivered after this date.
• Another inquiry session will be held on September 5, 2024 at 10:00 am at the CARE Aden office.
• •The deadline for submitting bids is Monday , September 16, 2024, at the latest at 3:00 pm to the CARE Aden office as indicated below and any submitted bid after the time it will not be accepted .
• The envelopes will be opened on Tuesday  September 17, 2024 at 10:00 am in the presence of the companies or their representation at the CARE Aden office.

Title: (Tender 09) supplies and implements civil works for water and environmental sanitation projects in the following governorates: Aden, Lahj, Abyan, Al Dhalea, Ma’rib, and Taiz, CARE International, Yemen.

Care International in Yemen, invites applications from the reputed companies.

Interested firms with experience and legal entity can obtain relevant envelopes, during organization work hours (from 08:30 am to 03:00 pm) from Sunday to Thursday, in exchange for an unreturned fee of 10,000 Yemeni riyals for the tender.

Tender conditions remain as:

• Bids must be signed and sealed in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax and must be accompanied by the following: 
• An unconditional bank guarantee or an acceptable check in the amount of (150,000) one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes (17-09-2024) to (17-01-2025).
• A copy of the valid tax card and Zakat Card.
• A copy of the valid commercial register.
• The price offer must be valid for one year.
• company must have practical experience with other parties in the same field.
• The bid must be signed and sealed, otherwise the bid will be disqualified from the competition
• bid to be Submitted in dollars and payment in dollars.
• The bid will be considered excluded in case of violation of any of the above conditions.
• CARE International reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bids without giving reasons.
• Note that the organization is not obligated to award the lowest bid and the organization has the right to contract with more than one contractor according to the governorates, provided that contractors can clarifies to which governorate the bid was submitted 

A pre-bid meeting session will be held in the Aden Office in case there are any queries from the interested bidders, the session will be held on Wednesday 14/08/2024 10:00AM

The envelopes will be opened on Monday 26/08/2024, at 11:00 am with attendance of Companies or their represetatives at CARE Aden office.
CARE International in Yemen reserves the right to reject any or all bids without mentioning any reason. 

Noting that the organization is not obligated to solely award contracts based on the lowest bids received. CARE retains the right to enter into agreements with multiple contractors based on specific governorates.
