OBJECT: Call for tender for provision of of Hygiene and consumables Non Food Items (NFIs) kits to SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL In Aden, Lahij, Abyan, Aldhale, Taiz, Alturba, Mokha, Alhodaidah, Marib, Hadramout, Shabwa, Almahra Governorates.

الموضوع: دعوة لتقديم عطاءات لتوفير مجموعات المواد غير الغذائية والمواد الاستهلاكية للوقاية من العدوى. لمنظمة سوليدريتيز العالمية في محافظات عدن ولحج والضالع وأبين وتعز والتربة والمخا والحديدة ومأرب وشبوة وحضرموت والمهره.

Dear Madam, Sir,

Within the framework of its humanitarian programs, Solidarities International wishes to receive the best offers from Interested companies with experience and legal entity, provision Hygiene and consumables Non Food Items (NFIs) kits UNDER FRAME WORK AGREEMENT, for SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL IN Aden, Lahij, Abyan, Aldhale, Taiz, Alturba, Mokha, Alhodaidah, Marib, Hadramout, Shabwa, Almahra Governorates

Please note that the Supplies will be rendered at the same time so SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to award each lot to a different supplier with the highest scoring. As their will be seven  Batches 

Attached to this letter, you will find the tender package that you can download for free in the attachment.

1.    Instruction to tenderer’s
2.    Documents to fill and submit:
- All documents requested in article tender submission (the administrative section) to be submitted
- All documents requested in article tender submission (the technical section) to be submitted as well as BOQ of the Baches where there is a column defiining brand and origin
- Financial offer as well as BOQ of the Baches 
- Supplier questionnaire form to be filled and submitted.

Withdraw of the CFT package:

• From 14/10/2024 to the  3/10/2024 (Deadline included)
• By Internet (yemenhr.com) or a physical file in SI Aden office  in Al Mokha Base, or in Taiz office or in Marib office.
• Any question or clarification needed must be addressed to to the following email: : عنوان البريد الإلكتروني هذا محمي من روبوتات السبام. يجب عليك تفعيل الجافاسكربت لرؤيته. not after 27/10/2024.  

Opening session:

• The opening session will be on 04/11/2024  in SI COO office – Aden, Dar Sa’ad, Alensha’at neighborhood.

Submission of the offers: 

• All tender quote and documents must be signed or stamped otherwise the quote may be excluded from the competition.
• The offer should be in USD, and payment will be for USD it should be valid for at least six (6 months) from the date of submision.
• Only in sealed envelops, submitted in Aden office (Dar Sa’ad, Alensha’at neighborhood), at the supply department, which will give you a proof of receipt. The offers can be submitted from 9 AM to 4 PM (Sunday to Thursday).
• Bid assurance is a compulsury, and eligibility requirement. Must be unconditional bank guarantee or payable check in USD 3000 and should be valid for 90 Days. The garantee is fixed for any application including to only one lot.
