MAIN PURPOSE                                                                                                                                    

To provide an accurate, timely, and qualitative dispensing service of drugs according to medical prescriptions and MSF protocols, standards and procedures in order to improve the patient’s health conditions

توفير خدمة صرف الأدوية بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية وفقاً للوصفات الطبية وبروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود ومعاييرها وإجراءاتها من أجل تحسين الحالة الصحية للمرضى.

Accountabilitiesالمسئوليات                                                                                                                            

•  Dispensing medication to patients according to medical prescription, ensuring the medication is labeled with the correct drug name, strength, quantity, expiry date, directions for use and additional required information and providing clear instructions and advice on how to take the drug, when, how long, how to store, possible side-effects and any other relevant warnings. Making sure the patient understands in order to ensure correct treatment.
  •    صرف الأدوية للمرضى وفقاً للوصفة الطبية، والتأكد من وجود الاسم الصحيح على الدواء، وقوته، وكميته، وتاريخ انتهاء صلاحيته، وتعليمات استخدامه والمعلومات الإضافية المطلوبة، وتقديم تعليمات ونصائح واضحة حول كيفية تناول الدواء، ومتى، ومدة تناوله، وكيفية تخزينه، والآثار الجانبية المحتملة وأي تحذيرات أخرى ذات صلة. والتأكد من فهم المريض لضمان العلاج الصحيح.
  •    Adhering to MSF practice policies and procedures for dispensing medicines, in particular those relating to controlled drugs and ensuring respect of confidentiality in dispensing 
  •    الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات أطباء بلا حدود لممارسة توزيع الأدوية، وخاصة تلك المتعلقة بالأدوية الخاضعة للرقابة وضمان احترام السرية في التوزيع.
  •    Placing accurate and timely orders with the central stock, maintaining minimum stock levels of medicines, checking expiry dates and storage conditions and ensuring no medicines or material are taken out of the dispensary without authorization 
  •    تقديم الطلبات الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب إلى المخزون المركزي، والحفاظ على مستويات المخزون الدنيا من الأدوية، والتحقق من تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية وظروف التخزين وضمان عدم إخراج أي أدوية أو مواد من الصيدلية دون إذن.
•  Maintaining accurate dispensing records and regularly reporting them to his/her technical reference. Ensuring returned and out-of-date medication is safely removed to a well designated quarantine zone for unwanted pharmaceuticals, separated from the normal stock
  •    الاحتفاظ بسجلات صرف دقيقة والإبلاغ عنها بانتظام إلى المرجع الفني. التأكد من إزالة الأدوية المرتجعة ومنتهية الصلاحية بأمان إلى منطقة حجر مخصصة جيدًا للأدوية غير المرغوب فيها، منفصلة عن المخزون العادي.
•  Organizing and keeping clean the dispensing area, ensuring cleanliness and care in handling medicines to avoid contamination and mix-up. Maintaining dispensary equipment, ensuring it is clean, accurate and in a good state of repair. 
  •    تنظيم منطقة الصرف والحفاظ عليها نظيفة، وضمان النظافة والعناية في التعامل مع الأدوية لتجنب التلوث والاختلاط. صيانة معدات الصيدلية، والتأكد من نظافتها ودقتها وحالتها الجيدة.
  •    Maintaining the integrity and security of the dispensary by admitting only authorized personnel and ensuring that all medicines are stored as appropriate. Reporting immediately to the technical reference on any problem arising in the service (especially loss, robbery, quality problems with medicines (abnormal changes in colour, consistency, and odour) damage of medical equipment or medicines). 
  •    الحفاظ على سلامة الصيدلية وأمنها من خلال قبول الموظفين المصرح لهم فقط، والتأكد من تخزين جميع الأدوية على النحو المناسب. الإبلاغ فوراً إلى المرجع الفني عن أي مشكلة تنشأ في الخدمة (خاصة الفقدان والسرقة ومشاكل جودة الأدوية (التغيرات غير الطبيعية في اللون والقوام والرائحة) أو تلف المعدات الطبية أو الأدوية).
  •    Carrying out Patient Therapeutic Education (PTE) and interacting with patient using a patient based approach to accompany chronic disease (HIV, TB, etc.) patients along their visits. Receiving patients, informing about treatment and adherence, giving appointment for the next drug delivery. Informing the medical doctor in case of lack of adherence and identifying the reasons and finding solutions to improve adherence.
  •     تنفيذ التعليم العلاجي للمريض والتفاعل مع المريض باستخدام نهج قائم على المريض لمرافقة مرضى الأمراض المزمنة (فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية والسل وما إلى ذلك) أثناء زياراتهم. استقبال المرضى وإبلاغهم بالعلاج والالتزام به وتحديد موعد لتوصيل الدواء التالي. إبلاغ الطبيب في حالة عدم الالتزام وتحديد الأسباب وإيجاد حلول لتحسين الالتزام.
  •    Understanding, recording and informing on any complaint received from patients related to medicine use or side effects.
  •     فهم وتسجيل وإبلاغ أي شكوى واردة من المرضى تتعلق باستخدام الدواء أو آثاره الجانبية.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Pharmacy.

Experience

• Similar working experience of at least 1 year is essential.

Language 

• Arabic essential and English desirable.

الخبرة

• من الضروري وجود خبرة عمل مماثلة لمدة عام واحد على الأقل.

اللغة

• اللغة العربية أساسية واللغة الإنجليزية مرغوبة.

Knowledge 

• Essential knowledge of basic mathematics and use of measuring equipment.
• Desirable computer literacy (word, excel).    

المعرفة

• (ضروري) معرفة بالرياضيات الأساسية واستخدام معدات القياس.
