منظمة دايفرستي هي منظمة غير حكومية وليست ربحية، تحمل ترخيص رقم 24 لعام 2013م صادر من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، وتعمل في عدد من القطاعات الإنسانية المختلفة بهدف الاستجابة للازمة الإنسانية والاسهام في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في اليمن.

تدعو منظمة دايفرستي جميع الموردين والتجار والمكاتب والشركات ومزودي الخدمات للمشاركة في عملية التأهيل المسبق للتسجيل في قائمة الموردين المؤهلين للتقدم لعمليات الشراء الصادرة منها لتوفير الاصناف، او الخدمات، او الاعمال المندرجة في المجالات التالية:

1. قرطاسية ومستلزماتها.
2. اعمال البناء.
3. إعادة التأهيل.
4. الاثاث المدرسي والمكتبي.
5. خدمات النقل وايجار السيارات.
6. دعاية وإعلان وطباعة.
7. المواد الغذائية.
8. توريد المعدات والأجهزة الكهربائية والإلكترونية.
9. أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية والمضخات.
10. خدمات الاصحاح البيئي.
11. الاجهزة والمستلزمات الطبية.
12. التدريب والتأهيل.
13. تأجير قاعات التدريب.
14. شركات ومكاتب لوجستية.
15. خدمات الإعلام والإنتاج الفني.
16. خدمات التصوير.
17. خدمات الترجمة.
18. خدمات ومواد التنظيف.
19. معدات الأمن والسلامة.
20. المولدات والصيانة وقطع الغيار.

29. خدمات المقاولات والبناء وإعادة التأھیل.
30. أجھزة الكمبيوترات والموبايلات وصيانة الشبكات.
31. الأنظمة والبرمجيات والحلول الرقمية وتصميم المواقع.

كيفية التقديم - عملية التقديم:

بعد قراءة هذا الإعلان بعناية، إذا كانت شركتك تستوفي هذه المعايير وترغب في تقديم هذه الخدمات، فيجب عليك تعبئة الاستمارة وتقديم الوثائق التالية في الرابط أدناه:

مع التركيز وارفاق شروط الأهلية الملفات التالية:

• ملف تعريف عن الشركة /المكتب.
• صورة السجل التجاري سارية المفعول.
• صورة البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
• صورة البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
• صورة مزولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
• صورة البطاقة التأمينية سارية المفعول.
• وثائق إثبات خبرة (عقود أو أمر شراء أي وثائق داعمة أخرى).

شروط وملاحظات هامة:

• يشترط على المورد الراغب في التسجيل ألا يكون مدرجا ضمن القائمة السوداء الصادرة من الجهات الرسمية أو أدين بواقعة جنائية أو إدارية تمس الأمانة في التعامل أو حسن السمعة.
• نود ان نلفت عنايتكم أن هذه ليست دعوة لتقديم العطاءات، وليس مطلوبا في هذه المرحلة تقديم أي مقترحات او أي عروض اسعار.
• كما أن هذه الدعوة غير ملزمة بإنزال أي مناقصات او اصدار أي عقود للشركات التي عبرت عن رغبتها من خلال التقديم.
• لن يتم النظر في أي تقديم بعد انتهاء الموعد المحدد في هذا الإعلان.
• يتعهد أي مورد يرغب في التسجيل وتعبئة استمارة طلب التسجيل بأن كافة المعلومات المقدمة حديثة ودقيقة وليس فيها اي غموض أو تضليل كما يوافق بالسماح للمنظمة بالكشف عن المعلومات والتأكد منها من أي جهة وفي أي وقت ولأي غرض.
• تعبئة المورد لبيانات التسجيل لا يعني ذلك بأن المنظمة تقدم ضماناً أو تتعهد للمورد بأي التزامات تجاه.

آخر موعد لاستلام طلبات التسجيل هو 16 فبراير 2025م تمام الساعة 11:00 صباحا، ولن يكون رابط التسجيل متوفراً بعد هذا التاريخ.

Diversity Organization is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization. It holds license No. 24 of 2013 issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. It works in a number of different humanitarian sectors with the aim of responding to the humanitarian crisis and contributing to achieving the goals of sustainable development in Yemen.

Diversity Organization invites all suppliers, merchants, offices, companies and service providers to participate in the pre-qualification process to register in the list of qualified suppliers to apply for purchases issued from them to provide items, services, or businesses falling within the following areas:

1. Stationery and supplies.
2. construction work.
3. Rehabilitation. 
4. School and office furniture.
5. Transportation services and car rental.
6. Advertising and printing.
7.  Food.
8. Supplying electrical and electronic equipment and devices.
9. Solar systems and pumps.
10. Environmental sanitation services.
11. Medical devices and supplies.
12. Training and rehabilitation.
13. Training hall rental.
14. Logistic companies and offices.
15. Media and artistic production services.
16. Photography services.
17. Translation services.
18. Cleaning services and materials.
19. Security and safety equipment.
20. Generators, maintenance and spare parts.
21. Travel agency services.
22. Catering services.
23. hotel services.
24. Materials for sanitation and hygiene sector interventions.
25. Oil derivatives services.
26. Cash transfer services.
27. Consulting services of all kinds (finance, development, human resources, logistics, legal, engineering...etc).

How to Apply - Application Process:

After reading this announcement carefully, if your company meets these criteria and would like to provide these services, you must fill out the form and submit the following documents in the link below:

With the focus and attach the eligibility requirements of the following files:

• Profile of the company / office.
• A copy of the valid commercial register.
• A copy of a valid tax card.
• A copy of the valid Zakat card.
• A copy of the profession's valid passport.
• A copy of the valid insurance card.
• Documents proving experience (contracts or purchase order or any other supporting documents).

Important terms and notes:

• The supplier wishing to register is required not to be included in the black list issued by the official authorities, or has been convicted of a criminal or administrative incident affecting honesty in dealing or good reputation.
• We would like to draw your attention that this is not an invitation to bid, and it is not required at this stage to submit any proposals or any price offers.
• Also, this invitation is not obligated to issue any tenders or issue any contracts for companies that have expressed their desire through submission.
• No submission will be considered after the deadline specified in this announcement
• Any supplier wishing to register and fill out the registration application form undertakes that all information provided is current and accurate and does not contain any ambiguity or misleading. He also agrees to allow the organization to disclose and verify information from any party, at any time and for any purpose.
• Filling out the registration data by the supplier does not mean that the organization provides a guarantee or undertakes any obligations towards the supplier.

The deadline for receiving registration applications is February 16 2025 at 11:00 am, and the registration link will not be available after this date.
