The Adventist Development Relief Agency (ADRA) is an independent humanitarian agency established for the specific purpose of providing individual and community development and disaster relief. It has a presence in 14 governorates in Yemen in which it responds to all areas of the humanitarian sectors including primary health care, economic development, education, and food security.

ADRA Yemen is inviting eligible and qualified Vendors to submit their bids for establishing a tender for the Framework Service Agreement for Voucher Redemption with Food Commodities, in Utmah, Maghrib Anns, and Al Manar Districts – Dahmer Governorate

Bids must be submitted to ADRA Yemen Main Office, Sana`a, Faj atan - Beirut Street, next to the Indonesian Embassy – Procurement department  Before 12/09/2024

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.

The tender opening session will take place at ADRA Yemen Main Office, Sana`a, Faja tan - Beirut Street, next to the Indonesian Embassy – Procurement department  On 15/09/2024

يجب تسليم العطاءات إلى مكتب ادرا اليمن - صنعاء – فج عطان- شارع بيروت بجوار السفارة الاندونيسية – قسم المشتريات  في موعد اقصاه  12/09/2024

سيتم فقط اعتبار العطاءات المقدمة قبل موعد الاغلاق.

ستعقد جلسة فتح العطاءات في 15/09/2024

في مكتب ادرا اليمن - صنعاء – فج عطان- شارع بيروت بجوار السفارة الاندونيسية – قسم المشتريات 

يجب تسليم العطاءات مغلقة بشمع الاحمر ومختومة مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على الظرف المغلق:

• رقم المناقصة: ADM-FWA-005-2024
• اسم المناقصة: استبدال القسائم بــمواد غذائية ضــمن اتفاقية اطـــاريـــــة في مديريات عتمة ومغرب عنس والمنار- محافظة ذمــــار.

التعليمات الخاصة بالمناقصة مرفقة بأوراق المناقصة ويجب الاطلاع عليها مسبقا قبل البدء بتحرير العطاء.
